Orchard hotel
We are holding blocks of rooms in the Orchard hotel for standard delegates and speakers (with both rooms for single and double occupancy available).
Rooms have double beds with some rooms able to be set up as twin beds if required.
We will allocate you a room as requested from our block allocation.
If there is no availability for the room type you require, please e-mail [email protected] and we will try to acquire additional rooms as necessary.
Interconnecting rooms are available for families as are cotbeds and z-beds (z-beds £10 additional charge).
Accessible rooms are also available.
Rates per night
Standard delegate = £90 double room for single occupancy, £100 double room for multiple occupancy
Rutland Halls
Bursary students will be accommodated in ensuite Single Study bedrooms in Rutland halls.
Rates per night
Bursary students = £63 per night– for additional nights to the one night included in the standard bursary.
