This year the CCP4 Study Weekend is a hybrid event. This should enable people to choose whether to attend in-person or virtually.
Virtual attendance
There is no cost for virtual attendance.
In-person attendance
The registration fee covers refreshments and lunch on all days plus informal dining at networking event and poster session on day 1, and conference dinner on day 2.
Early bird registration starts on 26th September and ends on 13th November 2023 – cost is £250 for standard delegates. Student delegates are eligible for a student bursary which covers registration fees plus one night accommodation in halls
After this date registration goes up to £300 for all delegates.
Registration will close on 5th December 2023 (or earlier if places sell out).
Accommodation is an additional cost.
Accepted payment methods
Accepted payment types are credit/debit card and invoice. Credit card payments should be made at the time of registration.
If you are paying by invoice, please check whether your institute requires you to provide us with a Purchase Order. If they do, please provide the Purchase Order (made out to UKRI-STFC or UKRI-Science & Technology Facilities Council or Science & Technology Facilities Council) in the payment section of registration.
If you are unable to provide a Purchase Order at the time of registration, please provide it via email to [email protected] by no later than two weeks after registration.
